Katie McKay Simpson is a highly respected ordained United Methodist elder who has served as a General Conference delegate from Louisiana. Now serving as the lead pastor of Martin UMC in Euless, Texas, she brings 20 years of pastoral experience to her new part-time role as Director of Operations for CDM. In addition, Katie will bless many churches and pastors as a coach and workshop leader, especially in the area of Accelerating Growth. Katie is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Leadership at Eastern University, with research focused on how emerging leaders develop and sustain agency while serving in rapidly changing contexts. Katie and her family recently relocated to Dallas-Fort Worth from Louisiana. She presently serves as the Senior Pastor of W.C. Martin United Methodist Church in Bedford, TX.
